Life and Career Coaching for Healthcare Professionals
My Story
As a pediatric oncologist in academic medicine, I found myself wishing I had more tools to support myself and my colleagues through navigating our personal and professional lives.
Becoming a coach was the perfect path to achieve these goals. Through coaching I am able to partner with healthcare professionals to help them succeed and find joy in their purpose.
What does it mean to be a life and career coach for healthcare professionals?
I believe that all healthcare professionals have the capacity to seek out the positions or pathways that bring them meaning and purpose.
But I appreciate that often times navigating these endeavors can be difficult and time consuming.
Life and career coaching is an opportunity to partner with a coach to achieve your goals faster and with more opportunity to reflect and grow as a person.
