Executive Coaching & Consulting for Healthcare Professionals

What is Coaching?
The definition of coaching by the International Coaching Federation is "partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership."
For me, coaching for healthcare professionals is an underutilized and undervalued tool that could help each of us achieve our goals faster and with more clarity.
We are each capable of defining our own goals, choosing our own path to get there, and navigating the twists and turns. A coach can partner with you to help you more clearly visualize your future success and endure the journey while also becoming more aware of your own strengths and capacity.

Compassion in Healthcare
Small Actions, Meaningful Impact
I also facilitate a 45 min to 1.5 hour workshop on compassion in healthcare.
Compassion is more than a nice idea. It is a powerful tool that improves patient outcomes, enhances the healthcare experience, and benefits healthcare teams and organizations. Drawing on the evidence presented in Compassionomics, this interactive workshop explores the science of compassion and its measurable impact on patients, clinicians, and healthcare systems.
Participants will learn what compassion looks like in everyday practice and discover simple, practical ways to incorporate compassionate behaviors into even the busiest clinical environments. The workshop also introduces principles of a coaching mindset, demonstrating how curiosity, presence, and intentional listening can strengthen relationships, foster connection, and support compassionate care for patients, families, and colleagues.
Attendees leave with evidence-based insights and actionable strategies that can be implemented immediately to create a more compassionate healthcare experience without adding significant burden to their daily work.
