My passion for helping fellow healthcare professionals find joy in their work has grown over the last few years. As part of this journey, I have obtained training at an International Coaching Federation accredited online program called CoachU. I have completed the 78 hours of coursework and am now in the process of completing 20 hours of coaching in order to graduate.

In a coaching relationship, you will bring the issue or goal you would like to explore and we will work together through the who, the what, and the how. This is different than advising or consulting in that I will not be telling you what to do and how to do it. Rather, I will help you find your own path through reflection and powerful questions.
